WIND AGAINST ICE
The strong struggle between the Wind Wolve and Icalave seemed to happen all so fast, but at the same time, each blow slowing down, almost freezing in time before speeding up again.
Icalave's ice blue breath swirled around in the battle from the Wind Wolve's furious blows that were followed by gushes of wind and thrown up snow. Genera laid shock frozen in the snow, a large gash running near the behind of her shoulder where her attacker had pounced. More and more snow accumulated on her, tingeing the snow a slight red where her large cut had started its process of bleeding.
The apprentice Wind Wolve straight away lost interest in Genera and quickly turned his attention to the battle. He eagerly watched his masters techniques, hoping to gain some of them for himself and meanwhile paced around in a circle around the battle. His eyes quickly followed, making them dizzily fast to follow and wincing every time his master took a hit.
Then as quick as lightning could flash, WHAM , the Wind Wolve was thrown hard onto one of the identical trees. He fell into the snow with a crunch an a shower of stale snow rained out from the tree. Icalave stood hard but motionless. His low blue glow softly filled the air around him but with an icy anger. Icalave then cautiously walked toward the master Wind Wolve and took a deep breath, before giving out a tinged blue breath which turned into a hard icy-crystallised shell around the unconscious Wolve. Then turning to his on-looker, who had an astounding look of fear in his eyes, gave him a very low warning growl. The on-looker acknowledged this and ran at top speed away, throwing up a huge trail of snow that wafted through the uneasy air. Icalave knew that this was not the last that he would see of him, so decided to bury the master Wolve, as the ice capsule would kill him anyway.
With memory returning, he saw that Genera had gone into shock and bounded over to where her body lay, half covered in red snow. She was slowly regaining consciousness. Her eyes blinked and her paws twitched. She soon sat up, her perfect white fur now covered in dark red patches around her shoulder. Icalave licked it clean for her as she winced in the stinging pain. He gave her a nod to say that it was all going to be fine for now.
After both of them were fully capable again, Icalave guided Genera back to her home, choosing the most safest and easiest routes for her. It was a long journey starting from midday, through the snow. Genera had wandered far from her home, from down in the forest to up in the great highness of the mountains. Icalave wondered why this was, but kept his mouth shut even though he was eager with curiosity.
It took them until sunset before the first signs of Genera's home land started to show. They had both said very little since the fight. The sound of life ended their silence of only crunching footsteps in the snow. They walked on for a bit longer, the beauty of life growing more densely around them. Soon an archway appeared, perfectly made of trees, bound with vines. Two pillar stones standing as tall as the trees themselves stood on the outside of the archway with markings carved into them that read that they were about to step into the Nature Wolves province.
As soon as Genera registered this she bounded through with so much excitement she tripped over her own paws. Icalave caught her just in time, she had almost hit her head on an unfriendly looking sharp rock.
"Oh thank you," Genera blushed with embarrassment," ouch, my shoulder still hurts. Do you think I will be ok?" Genera winced as she tried to stand up.
"I'm sure you will be fine as long as you don't go prancing with it in that state again," Icalave replied with a sigh.
"I was not prancing. I was... I was..."
"...Prancing." Icalave finished for her.
"Fine I was prancing then. Have it your way!" She turned and rose her nose high, so high that she couldn't see where she was walking. Icalave guessed it was an attempt at the biggest snob she could give to him. He sighed again.
"WATCH OUT!" Icalave screamed at her. Genera turned to him startled, then quickly glanced in the direction that she heard the low pounding of paws coming from. With a loud thump she landed hard. She was knocked out of the way by a large mass of Earth and Flora Wolves, running at top speed towards the archway and out into the forest, obviously for hunting. Once all had settled again Icalave ran over to Genera.
"Nothing but trouble happens to you." She seemed to be alright, only gaining a few extra bruises but nothing serious.
"Not always," she coughed. A few other Wolves had gathered round to see what had happened. One of them shouted out, "Someone go tell Neturrele that his daughter is home." Three of the by-standers did this with great joy. Help was sent immediately and Genera was guarded like a precious jewel as they made their way to the Grande Stack; Icalave was left to trail behind.

I like the polar relationship these two have.
By the by: you don't have to use, "most" safest.
"The safest route" will suffice. If there is an "est" at the end of a word, its maximum potential is then realized. This keeps unnecessary detail out while effectively (and simply) telling your story.
I really like this work.
