GENERA

Refitwa woke up to find all her scratches from last night were healed but gained some new ones over night. She could hear the teasing trickle of the stream and lay there, listening to it. She could hear the pretty notes of it as the water hit the moss covered rocks, which sounded like a wooden xylophone being played gently. She got up after a while, carefully manoeuvring her way through the small and tricky entrance. She came out mostly unharmed, just a few small scratches. The suns beams were trailing through the open spaces between the leaves in the canopy, making patterns like the sun would do through water and onto the sea floor. The other leaves were lit up brightly, but not allowing the warmth of the sun to get through. She looked up for the brightest spot, in an attempt to locate the sun. She found it after a while, after scanning over it a couple of times. It looked as though it was just past midday, so she stretched her wings and started flying off to the north.

Icalave and Genera stood there for a moment. The silence rang through them and he was the first to make a move. He swung his head back around but refused to let his eyes meet hers. He could feel the realisation sweeping over him and covering his searing anger. He turned around and started heading back towards the clearings edge. He didn’t hear anything following him. He faced Genera, who was still standing, tear sodden, in the snow. He wiped the glum look off his face and tried to give a smile. Genera lightened up at the gesture.
“Are you coming?” It was if nothing had happened before. The sadness in her spirit leapt away as fast as she was bounding towards him. Her carelessness of her footwork lead her straight into him with a loud thud as they both landed heavily back in the snow. Genera got up quickly because she had landed on top of Icalave. He got up straight after her; ignoring the awkwardness it had now brung between them. The breeze started picking up again as they walked to the edge again.
Icalave suddenly stopped and sniffed. The breeze had now quickened again and as loudly as he could he called “RUN!” to Genera. She didn’t hesitate as he started bolting in front of her, sending up blizzards of snow in her face so she instead ran parallel to him. He was a lot swifter through the trees than what she was so had to double back to make sure she was safe.
The howling of the wind was strong in their ears, Icalave leading the way. He weaved this way and abruptly turned that way. Genera was getting more frightened because she could’ve sworn she had past that same tree several times before. He stopped and she tried cautiously not to run into him this time. He smelled the air as he usually did and pricked his ears in the direction the smell may have been coming from. Genera did the same but could not smell over the heavy perfume of herself.
“There are two of them,” Icalave murmured,” one of them is a lot more older and experienced than the other,” he added. His tone was low and cautious. Genera thought how she must have been making an easy target for them with the such strong scent she was carrying.
“Follow my lead and don’t make a sound. I think they’re trying to round us up.” Genera, growing more petrified every second, tried to follow the soundless Ice Wolve in front of her but wasn’t keeping very quite herself on the crunching snow beneath her paws. Icalave noticed this and waited for her noise to catch up. He showed her and gave her a few tips on walking quietly, which helped her a great deal.
The wind was tearing around their fur as Icalave lead the way.
“NO! Stay u stupid idiot!” a loud gruff voice roared and echoed through the forest. A large grey creature sprang off a small ledge of rising rocks, followed by a great gush of wind, which landed directly into Genera’s side. She screamed as she was horribly winded. Icalave, standing only a few feet away, bared his teeth into a ghastly fiend and sank them into the intruder’s neck. He was wiped aside by a gust of blizzard wind and fell to the ground, only narrowly missing a large rock. He immediately jumped back up, prepared for any attack from the Wind hunter.
The Wind hunters fur was grey and a wispy silver colour for its wings. The line markings, stretched from forehead to tail tip were white. The eager eyes that were staring into Icalave’s were a cloud of stormy wind, instead of black pupils.
Icalave slackened, took a calm deep breath, closed his eyes and lifted his head towards the heavens. He let the deep breath out into a loud Howl. It was not anything like a usual howl. The vapour coming out of his mouth was tinged blue and the note that he hit in his howl had a sharp ring to it in the background. He snapped open his eyes to reveal once dark large pupils, to now be searing electric blue crystals. His stature strengthened and his fur stood on end.
The Wind Wolve was the first to make a move, teeth bared in a frightening grin and claws outstretched, threatening to slash at someone’s throat. His neck was dripping in red from Icalave’s first defence. He charged at Icalave and the battle quickly began, teeth, claws and limbs tearing apart at each other while Genera still shock frozen onto the ground.

Ah, pitched battle!

I like the awkward tension between Ice and Earth.
Wind and Ice make a harsh combination, let alone conflict.

I would like to point out:
with the such strong scent she was carrying.
You do not need the "such." Maybe replace or omit.

“NO! Stay u stupid idiot!”
The "u" is a bit of a detractor, as this work is well done.

Beyond that, another worthy addition.
Cheers!
